Accepted payment methods
We accept payments through the Klix payment platform (bank card, bank link) and by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. The available methods are shown in the last step of checkout.
Payment terms
An order must be paid within 48 hours of placing it so we can reserve and ship it on time. Products are reserved only after payment is received. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically after this period. If you have a problem paying, contact us so the order is not cancelled.
Security
Card and bank link payments are processed by Klix over a secure, encrypted connection. We do not see or store card details on our servers.
Prices and VAT
All prices on the site are in euro and include value added tax (VAT). For companies VAT is shown separately on the invoice; EU VAT payers with a valid VAT number may be invoiced at the zero rate as the law allows.
Payments from other countries
Payment must be made in euro. If your bank account is in another currency the bank may charge a conversion fee; this is the payer's responsibility.
Order processing
Once payment is received we start processing the order and send a confirmation e-mail with the order details. We inform you separately when the order ships.
Cancellation and refunds
To cancel an order write to order@buyallparts.com as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled while it has not been shipped. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 working days of the cancellation confirmation. Return conditions after receipt are described in the shipping policy.
