This privacy policy describes which personal data Redworks SIA ("we") collects when you use the ELEKTRO shop (https://elektro.aplv.tv), why it is processed, how long it is kept and what your rights are. The data controller is Redworks SIA, e-mail order@buyallparts.com.
What data we collect
- Order data: name, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address, company details, ordered products and amounts.
- Account data: e-mail, password (encrypted), saved addresses, order history.
- Communication: the content of contact forms and e-mails you send us.
- Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time, products and categories searched, cookie identifiers.
We do not receive or store payment card data; it is processed by the payment service provider Klix.

Who we share data with
- Carriers (couriers, parcel lockers): name, address, phone, e-mail for delivery.
- The payment service provider (Klix): order number and amount; card data is processed by them.
- Suppliers: only products and quantities when an item is ordered from the supplier's warehouse; your data is not passed on except the address in case of direct delivery.
- IT and analytics providers (hosting, e-mail sending, Google Analytics) processing data on our behalf.
- Public authorities when required by law.
Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area only with the safeguards provided by law (for example EU standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep data
- Order and invoice data: 5 years after the transaction as required by accounting rules.
- Account data: while the account is active; within 30 days after a deletion request, except data we must keep by law.
- Communication: 2 years after the last exchange.
- Usage data and cookies: as set out in the cookie policy, usually up to 26 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent. Send requests to order@buyallparts.com; we reply within one month. Registered users can edit and delete part of their data in the account. If you believe we process your data incorrectly you can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to data is limited to staff who need it. No method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's data
The site is not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the new version takes effect when published on this page, with the date shown at the top. We will announce significant changes by e-mail or on the site.
