Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of and purchases from the ELEKTRO online shop (https://elektro.aplv.tv). The shop is operated by Redworks SIA ("we", "the seller"). By placing an order or using the site you ("the buyer", "the customer") accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Products and prices

• We sell new products with a manufacturer's warranty only. Product parameters (specification, contents of the box, warranty period) are shown on each product according to the manufacturer's or supplier's data.
• All prices are in euro and include VAT. The delivery fee is added at checkout and is visible before you confirm the order.
• Images are illustrative; the actual colour or bundle may differ slightly. If a specific configuration or version matters to you, contact us before ordering.
• Stock and delivery times are updated regularly but may change between placing and processing the order. If a product is unavailable we will inform you and offer an alternative or a refund.

2. Order and contract

• An order is placed when you have confirmed the basket, delivery and payment method and received the confirmation e-mail. The distance contract takes effect when payment is received.
• Orders can be placed by registered users and guests. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered, especially the delivery address and phone number.
• We may refuse an order in case of an obvious pricing error, product unavailability or non-payment, notifying you and refunding any money received.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment methods, terms and refunds are set out in the payments policy; delivery methods, times and returns in the shipping policy. Both form part of these terms.

4. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason, provided the product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories. The buyer pays the return shipping. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities; returns are agreed individually.

5. Warranty and claims

• Products carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, the warranty period is shown on the product page. Consumers have the statutory right to claim for a non-conforming product within 2 years.
• The warranty does not cover wear, mechanical damage, improper use or storage, and unauthorised repairs.
• Send claims to order@buyallparts.com with the order number, a description of the defect and photos. We reply within 14 days; if needed the product is sent to the manufacturer's service.

6. Account and use of the site

• You are responsible for the security of your account and for actions taken with it.
• Site content (texts, images, data) belongs to us or our partners and is protected. It may not be republished or used commercially without written permission.
• Interfering with the site, automated data collection and use of the site for unlawful purposes are prohibited.

7. Cookies and personal data

The site uses cookies as described in the cookie policy. Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.

8. Liability

We aim to keep the information on the site accurate but do not guarantee that it is always complete or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

9. Disputes

We resolve disputes by negotiation. Consumers may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia or use the EU online dispute resolution platform. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court of the Republic of Latvia under Latvian law.

10. Changes

We may change these terms by publishing the new version on this page. An order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
